I purchased a 2013 Jeep Compass from the Steubenville location on Oct 6 2020 when I picked up the vehicle the 1 headlight was out they had me come back the very next day and I told them the vehicle smelled like anti-freeze the salesmantold me it was the engine cleaner they used I also told him the vehicle was pulling really bad to the right he told me it was a low tire I also told him the check engine light came on the way home he pretty much told me not to worry about it I went and had it scanned it came back the converter ... read more

Worst ever. Bought 2 cars and both transmissions went out and didn’t even drive either much at all (proof in the mileage gage from date of purchase).

Purchased numerous vehicles here before I learned my lesson. All but 1 required many expensive repairs before they would pass inspection. One dumped all of the antifreeze into the oil pan on the way home. They would never get the title work done before the temporary plate ran out. I had to threaten legal action on the last one. I was told it was lost in the mail and I would have to go to the BMV and get a copy myself. 2 months after I did they they mail the original title saying it was lost on their desk. The people there were very pleasant and helped my son buy a car. They are not like the others, so stop by and see them.
I was there Monday and my salesman was Adam, he was very helpful and extremely nice. I really recommend this place and especially Adam.
