I saw Dr. Locke a couple months ago for knee pain that I was experiencing during and after running. I was unable to maintain my normal exercise without pain. Dr. Locke performed a thorough evaluation and was able to find the imbalances in my strength and mobility that were contributing to the issue with my knee, and recommended exercises to complete a few times a day. Dr. Locke has helped several family members alleviate pain and return to activity. Most recently, my daughter incurred a soccer injury during her first game of the season. Dr. Locke is not going to crack your back and tell you to come back in two days to do it again. He'll actually help you find the root of the problem and address it. His goal is to actually get you better so you don't have to keep coming back. Runners: Do you have pain? Go see Dr. Locke. I don't just mean back pain.
