All my mom asked for was extra Tylenol she was in Franciscan center in Sylvania I would go in every couple days before before Ohioans hospice she would drink Coke and snack on milk duds they came in and overdosed her in 2 days I came up two days in a row she was in a medically induced coma could not shake her to wake up the nurse told me they took away Tylenol and gave her narcoticsI called them immediately and told them to stop giving her narcotics she was dead 12 hours later she never took nothing but Tylenol her whole lif... read more
We had ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT with them. They sent the supplies to the wrong address when they had the new address. We went without supplies that we needed. They DID NOT provide care to our loved one. One of the nurses DID NOT help at all. She only stayed 10-15 minutes. But the only ones that we feel that truly cared was Brittany the on call nurse for nights and the Director Nicole, the Chaplin and the socialworker. I cannot thank or praise your nurse Colleen enough! She is the queen of difficult wound care, exceedingly punctual, very personable (yet professional) and had amazing follow through. Truly the perfect emissary for your organization. While we are glad we will no longer need her, we will miss seeing her.
All of the nurses and employees are wonderful. I highly recommend using their services
