5 stars for the staff. I was very happy with the nurse's genuine compassion. They listened with empathy and provided us with helpful education and materials. They were never in a hurry to leave, but I know they had been very busy. I am so happy with their dedication to my Dad's comfort. We did encounter several issues and it was a bumpy and unnecessarily stressful transition from palliative care to hospice care. Was not happy at all with the care my poor Father received. Not enough visits from nurses or aides. Didn’t train the family how to care for him. Left us on our own to fend for ourselves. We didn’t know when to be concerned or when we had to give him meds and what meds to give. Will let everyone how unhappy we were.
