I cannot thank or praise your nurse Colleen enough! She is the queen of difficult wound care, exceedingly punctual, very personable (yet professional) and had amazing follow through. Truly the perfect emissary for your organization. While we are glad we will no longer need her, we will miss seeing her.

5 stars for the staff. I was very happy with the nurse's genuine compassion. They listened with empathy and provided us with helpful education and materials. They were never in a hurry to leave, but I know they had been very busy. I am so happy with their dedication to my Dad's comfort. We did encounter several issues and it was a bumpy and unnecessarily stressful transition from palliative care to hospice care.
