My mother had end stage renal failure and was sick for a few years before we were told to involve hospice care. At the time we did, we did not know that my mothers illness was causing toxins to build up already which was affecting her personality. POSITIVELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. It's the only service that I received for free where I felt I had been ripped off. GROSS MISMANAGEMENT, FINGERPOINTING, EXCUSE MAKING AND WORST OF ALL, PATHOLOGICAL LIARS !

Unresponsive to my calls regarding patient care. Apparently it has not been convenient for Julie Bauman to return my call. Bedside table was visibly filthy. 100 year old Patient (WWII Vet) was given no help opening food (soup, coffee, etc) Phone was off the hook for 2 days! Help was busy on cell phone sitting around, every time I had a question. Very drab not a single picture; and stench from urine.

Management and their relatives gave this place 5 stars.That is true. Not an opinion. One of the 5 star reviewers is sadly no longer with us. According to the Beacon journal. You can look it up in the archives. Had you asked me several years ago, I too would have given it 5 stars. But now that my eyes have been open to what I believe is a toxic culture of the leadership I wouldn't feel good recommending this place anymore.
