Just joined their 6 week challenge this month. Love their support during our workouts. They even give scaled down choices if you can't keep up with their version. Would recommend to others.
I cannot say enough good about this gym. Great women own and teach the classes. I look forward to going!

This place has become my second home! The community is amazing. The coaches are amazing. Whether it's Krav Maga and self defense you are looking for or it's the fitness challenge classes, there is no better place to be. I can't recommend this gym and these people more.
