I started out in Krav Maga. Then added the cardio classes, then joined their 6 week challenge (which I'm about to wrap up), and will probably add their crossfit classes to my calendar. All of the programs are amazing and the coaches are incredibly supportive, going out of their way to help/accommodate any medical conditions or injuries. If you've decided it's time for a change, come in. Between the great people you'll work out with and the wonderful coaches, I promise you'll love OKM as much as I do!
Best gym culture I’ve ever seen. The people here are awesome. They work you hard, but modify as needed for you to improve safely.
I have been going to the free women's self defense classes off and on for the past two years. They are amazing! They are a great workout and a great place to get out with the ladies, but they also give me a sense of confidence that I can in fact protect myself! I love going to these lessons and highly recommend them to anyone looking to increase their confidence in self-defense and be better able to protect themselves.
This place is awesome! I’ve been going to the free Women’s Self Defense classes on and off for about a year now. The staff is amazing! They are really good about showing you nothing only different things to do, but different ways to do them too. They are extremely helpful with any questions and very friendly!
Amazing! Inspirational! Love the atmosphere and Melissa & Terri are so motivational...as well as all the members.
