I started the 6 week challenge in mid-January. I have always been in shape until I hit 50 and started back to work full time. I stopped working out due to time constraints (2 jobs, 2 teenagers at home, etc). I started to work out again about 2 years ago, but the weight wasn’t coming off—I was gaining! I recently finished the 6 week challenge. I can’t wait to stay at this gym and continue on my journey. The coaches are amazing and know how to push you outside your comfort zone! I love the atmosphere and community of women helping women reach there goals! �
