The concourses are clean; TSA precheck is not too hard to find. WiFi is terrible if it even works, and the weak attempt at charging stations is obnoxious for a world class city in this day & age
Absolutely the worst managed airport in the US... even LaGuardia is better

It was a nightmare. We had to wait for 3 hours in passport line. Don’t fly in on a Saturday if you can.
