No free Internet... (Who does that anymore?) Boingo is too expensive otherwise. Layout of airport zigzags and can be confusing. Waaaaaaay too small boarding areas for connecting flights like to Indy.
New united club in the f wing has nice views
Urban Garden outside of Terminal G. Good place to relax.
AVOID checking bags at all costs! Baggage claim is a cluster.
TERRIBLE airport! American Airlines needs to hire FRIENDLY airline agents instead of ones who yell and scream at their PAYING customers!!! What has happened to legit customer service these days??!!
Rush hour traffic from O'Hare to downtown is horrendous. Take the CTA blue line into the city, then catch a cab from there to save time and money.
As much as I love a Chicago hot dog, the Wicker Park sushi bar in the walk way between Concourse B and E is a great place to chill.
Check out the Urban garden in Terminal 2 next to the USO
United terminal < American terminal. Where all the outlets at, yo?!
