Huge sprawling airport. Parts are modern and other parts are not.

Good food. Check the board this airport is huge.
Avoid booking connecting flights through this airport. It’s location makes it prone to weather delays. It’s also one of the busiest US airports. Combine the two and it’s ripe for major delays.
If you’re flying out of another terminal but have time, check out Terminal 2. There are a ton of stores, food options, and water refill stations. Not as crowded as Terminal 1, either.
I like stopping at the bar at Wolfgang Puck at B7. The staff are attentive and delightfully opinionated.
