I'm so sorry to say that I'm very disappointed I called O' Hara on a Wednesday and needed someone to come and check out my sprinkler system its not working properly and said someone would come on Fri 11/29 email confirmed appointment between 8-10 well 10:45 no show no call I called the office and they said they would have someone get back to me well 12:30 is here and no call Then around 4:30 is here and no call no show again called office and she had to look into it I finally said who runs a company like this as a new custom... read more
called Ohara sprinkler repair company on Monday & Tuesday morning repair tech Carlos came he surveyed leak area and located cracked value unit gave a very reasonable quote and the job was done within an hour , all parts needed was on his truck , then he restarted our sprinkler system & made some minor adjustments now were good to go . JOB WELL DONE CARLOS and definitely use this company again - service and price exceeded my expectations- a special thanks to Jackie in the office that handle our call and follow up
Ohara Sprinker Company is FANTASTIC. Jacquiline, who is the Tom Brady of the Company deserves the heisman trophy herself. She is extremely efficient, friendly and genuine. Having been in a service industry for over 45 years, she stands out of a very large crown. She scheduled a service call the very next day.
O’Hara is the best - we had issues w one irrigation pumps and needed someone with electrical and irrigation expertise - we called Ohara and within one afternoon they had our two irrigation pumps working properly for the first time in the six months I’ve been hoa president. Rodney and Erik are pros and get the repairs done quickly within a reasonable cost!
A very busy but professional company. Even though I wanted my sprinklers done right away, it took them a week to do the job.
