I’m very pleased with the quick response I received for the repair of my sprinkler system. The service technician, Carlos O., arrived this morning right on time, as promised by Ms. Jaquelyn—who was also very pleasant and helpful. Carlos quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out the sprinkler itself was working fine, but a problem with the flex pipe was preventing it from functioning properly.
