I’m very pleased with the quick response I received for the repair of my sprinkler system. The service technician, Carlos O., arrived this morning right on time, as promised by Ms. Jaquelyn—who was also very pleasant and helpful. Carlos quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out the sprinkler itself was working fine, but a problem with the flex pipe was preventing it from functioning properly. He was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything he had done and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I'm so sorry to say that I'm very disappointed I called O' Hara on a Wednesday and needed someone to come and check out my sprinkler system its not working properly and said someone would come on Fri 11/29 email confirmed appointment between 8-10 well 10:45 no show no call I called the office and they said they would have someone get back to me well 12:30 is here and no call Then around 4:30 is here and no call no show again called office and she had to look into it I finally said who runs a company like this as a new custom... read more
