2泊で、お世話になりました。 シンプルで全く問題なく快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシのアメニティーは無いので、 持参が良いです。 ビーチに隣接していませんが、 歩いて2,3分で近くて、買い物食事にも最適です。 また、リピートしたいです。 ありがとうございました。
Shocked at the layout of the bathroom. Small beds cannot fit two people on the double. Charge $40 resort fee a night for a crappy pool, limited gym, and small hot tub where only a few jets work good. Want to charge you $50/nightly to park, even if it's a motorcycle, we avoided by looking for street parking. Would not go again. Tried to book Cirque tickets and was having a problem so asked concierge to help. They were charging an extra $100 for the 3 tickets, ended up walking 300m to the box office. Nice help. We stayed here two nights before heading to the North Shore. The room was clean and very sufficient for a longer stay. Central to much of the City attractions and within a 10 minute, easy walk to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If getting an Uber to the airport and it's above $65.00, the bellman on the street level can call for a cab with a $50.00 flat rate. This is a cash only fair however!
Would not recommend this hotel. They have only 1ice machine for the whole hotel and it’s in the lobby and it was not working. This is totally unacceptable especially if you are on the 10th floor. After complaining I was told they would send up some ice. I waited 2hours and it never showed up. This hotel was just remodeled and no one had the common sense to add more then one ice machine.
Don't be fooled by the "OCEANVIEW applied" when you book the room. I was looking forward to having an ocean view. When we checked in and I asked about it, the person at the front desk said, "That's just a discount that was applied. We don't have ocean views" That's odd because their website shows some rooms with partial ocean views. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The rooms themselves were functional.
