I only use Ohana fast friendly service. I called early and Dan was here in no time. Dan and the rest of the guys do a great job.

UPDATE: After my initial review the owner contacted me and explained it was a truly unfortunate miscommunication with a new appointment scheduler and offered to have someone out to me ASAP with no labor charge for the mishap. First thing Monday morning I got a call from their tech saying he could show up even earlier if I was ready for him. We had installed a mini split in our pole barn and had followed all of the instructions but could not get any heating or cooling. I called Ohana for help on a mini split system in a pole barn. They showed up when they said they would the first time and the tech was here for a few hours looking it over. He told me that "the pressures are a little weird" and was waiting to hear back from someone who was more familiar with my brand of mini split.
