Going in for several months and have had continuous issues with staff as it relates to their ability to make an appointment. The first issue was when I called to make an appointment and was attempting to find out which technician I had to went to previously. They indicated they did not keep such records which I found to be incredibly odd in addition the young lady continued to put my on hold and when I asked if she could call me back or pass me to someone else she informed me she wasn't even supposed to be working because sh... read more

Always a great experience! They just moved upstairs to a bigger brighter area!
This salon is THE BEST! I've gotten my nails done here a couple times now, and they TAKE THEIR TIME! They are so careful and will redo a nail until it's right. They don't try to make awkward conversation, which means I can just sit and relax! Love coming here and the owner Samantha is AWESOME! So attentive and on top of her girls to make sure everything is done right! After coming here I won't go anywhere else!
Wish I still lived in Irvine!!! Sam is a great owner and I miss my girls.
