I was here this past weekend and was just so pleased with the entire experience! Not only did I see my first grandbaby on a GIANT screen, the staff was so kind, the sweet mom-to-be got a cute bag as a gift, and the photos she brought home were just SO good!! The aesthetic of the whole place was ADORABLE, too. Definitely 5 ⭐️
We had the most amazing experience with Ivy! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely comfortable and excited for the appointment. Ivy is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. At our first appointment, our baby girl just wasn’t cooperating and we weren’t able to get great images. Worth it. Great experience
We had an amazing experience with Ivy. She went the extra mile to ensure she could get the best view of our baby even though baby was stubborn, covering her face. Ivy was also incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend her for your 3D and 4D ultrasound appointment! Thank you, Ivy and Ashton for the incredible customer service
This place is definitely more pricey than Columbia or Nashville, but I want to speak highly of the ultrasound technicians who do the scans! I went in for a scan and baby had their hands and feet in their face so we couldn’t get a good photo of the face and was rescheduled the following day for a free re-scan. The tech that I saw at the rescan took the time to watch the video from the previous day scan and read the notes to know what to expect!
