What is this place? What is it for if a disabled veteran cannot go there to see a doctor? I am 100% s/c but I can't go here for anything at all and yet the waiting room is always empty. This is near to me but I still have to go hours away to the VAMC for everything. This place does nothing and there's never anyone here and they never schedule me for anything here. I can't renew my prescriptions, see a doctor, or get help with anything. Nothing. So...What do they do here?

I have always had a good experience at the Ogden VA. They are friendly, professional and always easy to work with.
The facility management lady was phenomenal. The doctor was not the nurse/probably a CNA. Maybe an MA was not very professional. As the wife of a veteran, it takes a lot for those veterans to come to the doctor. And it takes a lot for them to open up about how they’re feeling physically and especially mental health. And if you mock, or talk poorly about these veterans, or talk down to them, in general just treat them poorly , then you are a terrible person.
