I hate staff sometimes they can have favorites or maybe racist they ain't as patient with females than with males they look at them different I want them to get better staff or to professionally address us as a community to clear the environment violence! Any suggestions of who to report this too somebody that actually will listen and fix the matter !

Ogden Regional takes advantage of people seeking help. They promoted an intensive therapy program that they described as 6 days a week 6 hours a day. So, I signed up and paid $4,200 cash because nothing else has helped my PTSD. When I showed up it was only 3 days a week, 3 hours each time. It wasn' t intensive therapy, it was behavioral modification. I told them it wasn't for me. That's not what they sold me. It's bait and switch. So I asked for refund of my money. I had an excellent experience at the Ogden Regional ACT program. I did both impatient and PHP. I would recommend this program to anyone who is wanting and willing to better they're lives. The staff goes above and beyond to give the best care and treatment to all the residents. I would like to thank my Therapist Sheri as well as Jacqueline, Rachael and the nurses Dave, Amy, Michelle and Ryan for making my stay so pleasant. These people are very professional and respectful. this is a follow up review om my last review, so i had paid $1400.00 for my sister to go to treatment however she came home early and was only there for 10 days , ACT owes me over $600.00 in a refund because my sister didn't stay the full 28 days that i had already paid for it has been 2 months now and all i get is a run around from the billing department i have sent a demand letter to them demanding my refund and they are just ignoring me at this point so now it is time to file a lawsuit against them ! In the beginning of September, I helped my sister get into a treatment program here at Ogden regional Hospital. The act program I paid $1400 to have her inpatient they insisted I pay that upfront which I did with my debit card. She left after being there for 10 days. They owe me about $600 which I have yet to receive.
