I had an excellent experience at the Ogden Regional ACT program. I did both impatient and PHP. I would recommend this program to anyone who is wanting and willing to better they're lives. The staff goes above and beyond to give the best care and treatment to all the residents. I would like to thank my Therapist Sheri as well as Jacqueline, Rachael and the nurses Dave, Amy, Michelle and Ryan for making my stay so pleasant. These people are very professional and respectful. this is a follow up review om my last review, so i had paid $1400.00 for my sister to go to treatment however she came home early and was only there for 10 days , ACT owes me over $600.00 in a refund because my sister didn't stay the full 28 days that i had already paid for it has been 2 months now and all i get is a run around from the billing department i have sent a demand letter to them demanding my refund and they are just ignoring me at this point so now it is time to file a lawsuit against them ! In the beginning of September, I helped my sister get into a treatment program here at Ogden regional Hospital. The act program I paid $1400 to have her inpatient they insisted I pay that upfront which I did with my debit card. She left after being there for 10 days. They owe me about $600 which I have yet to receive. I have called them three times they keep promising to pay me back, but they haven’t yet every time I call I get the runaround I would not put my family member in that program if it was the last place on earth s... read more
This place is outstanding! The staff are with you every step of the way. I personally felt like every single one of them actually cared about the next chapter in my journey to recovery. The energy they bring is positivity which goes a long way. Anyone seeking help I would definitely consider this place !
