I was supposed to have my 32 week appt along with a second 3D ultrasound appt all in one. They canceled the 3D ultrasound and now they won’t get me in for it even though they’re the ones that wanted to schedule that for me. I tried calling about it and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and did not care nor did she try to help me, and then just hung up. They don't care about women's health concerns! They seemed more interested in billing insurance and selling unrelated, unwanted preventative tests. I refused and reminded them I was there to be treated for a specific health concern. They sent me to radiology for imaging to address my health concern. The Gyno never read the results to me. I called 2X to follow up with the office and ask, all they would say is she hasn't read it yet, once she does she'll contact you. So, I asked for my records and they refused. This review is NOT for the doctors or the CNA's or MA's. This is specifically for the schedulers. When I called to make an appointment, because I'm pregnant, the scheduler repeatedly questioned me if I was sure I'm pregnant, then proceeded to ask me how I knew, and I explained that I've taken about 8 pregnancy tests and they have all come back positive. Dealing with the front desk is a complete joke. I have had two appointments with Ogden clinic and they have been the worst experiences I have had with physicians and trying to get care.
My appt was at 8:30, I was brought back at 8:25. The provider didn’t walk in until 9:20. There was no “sorry I’m late”: I was about ready to walk out. I have a busy life, if my provider can’t be bothered to show up on time then I’ll go somewhere else. I understand 10-20 minutes late but 50 minutes!
