Dr. Hammond is a very knowledgeable and helpful sleep doctor, and I’ve had good experiences with her care itself. However, the scheduling has been extremely frustrating. My appointments have been rescheduled multiple times at the last minute, each time for different and unclear reasons. I was originally supposed to be seen back in February, and it keeps getting pushed further out. Staff at the sleep lab are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They work hard to make sure patients are taken care of throughout the whole process. There follow through is spot on. Dr. Hammond has the calmest demeanor and so easy to speak with.
I was referred to Dr Hammond by my primary care physician at Ogden Clinic in October of 2024. I received a phone call in November and I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the sleep study I said yes. Never heard back from anyone so I reached out in January to find out what was going on I was told that that point in time I had been forgotten about but could schedule a sleep study now. Sydney Piercey And Jenna Rhoton is who my Dad saw for his Brain tumor. The service and care they provided was awful. My dad was admitted to the hospital through the ER and was assigned Dr. Piercey as his neurologist. We were very disappointed in her care. We were in the hospital for 3 days and didn’t Pierce one time until we were being discharged and was given no info as to what was happening.
