They have very bad customer service and they never answer the phone calls. As for the mechanic shop, I took my car to fix and after a short time, the same thing happened again, and they said that it was not their responsibility to fix it again even though, if they had done a good job the first time, I wouldn’t have had to return. After they sold me the car, I found out that there are multiple people under the same VIN number and I am now having issues with the DMV because of their faulty and careless mistake.
Worse place to take you car for service. Nobody cares, no calls backs and they come up with bogus cost and estimates. Called 6 times and couldn't talk to anyone in service department.
