I contacted Mr. David Lin on Friday with the intention of purchasing a vehicle during the weekend. He informed me that it was Friday and assured me he would return my call on Monday. As it is now Wednesday and I had not received a response, I subsequently called again. I reminded him that I had not received a call, at which point he became markedly confrontational. I would like to give recognition to a gentleman named Luis Rodriguez. I believe he is a porter for the service department I believe that’s what he had mentioned to me. I had gone in to the dealer to check out a few cars of interest. While no one approached me to ask if I needed any help. Luis spotted me and greeted me in. He was very polite and answered a few questions I had at the end he guided me towards where the genesis vehicles were.

Bad oil change experience that ruined my car. The engine bay was left filthy, oily hand prints all over. The oil drain plug was not tightened and most of the oil drained out of my G80 Sport. The dealership topped off the oil and rinsed the belly pan. Every time the car got hot it smelled of oil. I was ignored when I complained about this. The cabin air filter was replaced but the plastic plugs in the glove box were left on the floor. Brake fluid was changed incorrectly, every time I hit the brakes they would shutter badly.
