Buying a laptop worth $1400 and you still didn’t get flybys points and member discount even after trying 30 minutes. What a awful experience.
Terrible customer service! My son and I were in there from 5:30 trying to print out some photos for a school project. After almost 20 minutes of trying to get the photo Kiosk to work, it finally did and we were able to start. The staff started coming up and questioning how many photos I was printing . I said around 30 and they said I couldnt print them because it would take too long and they close at 6pm. Very disappointing experience with Lydia at Officeworks West Gosford today. We came in to print and bind a document and she told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we asked a couple of questions about the document she got rude and frustrated, even snapping when we answered her question about margins. At one point we told her she had an attitude and that it wasn’t very nice. She said she is on the spectrum and that’s just how she is, which we respected and did not say anything further. Went there with Cindy to buy some texts, Artline Markers, and other great items, they were great, loads of great range of arts and crafts and Other amazing products, even DVD+R Recordable discs, cds, blu rays, A Blaupunkt DVD Player and other amazing products and colourful pens, pencils and loads more, highly recommended this place and will come back again soon.
