I went tonight to the print desk to get some things printed. I was then was directed to the self-serve print machine. Having not used this machine before I had printed the wrong amounts of paper and used my $3 credit. When I asked to do the rest of the print job at the service desk after explaining my situation, I was redirected to the self-serve machine again. It was not a busy night the least he could’ve done was help me out at the desk. Customer service was not there.
