Solid Officeworks, usually well-stocked, and friendly staff.
I really appreciate that Officeworks offers recycling for used pens, cables, and ink cartridges. It’s great to know these items don’t end up as waste but can be recycled responsibly instead. And I love that I can also find everyday essentials easily in the store.
Self service photo system is needing a complete replacement or upgrade. You’re needing more staff to help and be trained with your outdated slow photo processing. There was 3 other customers complaining about the system while I was there and it was all about the same things. Can’t load photos on. It’s loading to many photos so it’s really slow. The photo edit cuts 1/2 the photo off. There isn’t any phone service to connect and share photos. The cord adapter from phone to computer doesn’t work. The Efpos to pay at self servic... read more
