I wanted to buy an Apple MacBook charger. I found the staff made the experience very unpleasant. Guy in the charger aisle made me wait 5+ minutes because he was trying to find something for another customer (in the end he couldn’t) - then he told me I had to go to the front counter for that - I don’t understand why he couldn’t have taken 20 seconds out of serving the other customer to find out what I was asking for.
