Took a Versa 4 fitbit packet pink 1 of 5 on racks to counter to be told they had none...my question is why is there no signage go say out of stock....I choose this one after checking out all on racks...waste of time.
A cannot commend the kindness, professionalism and care of the staff enough. In store today an elderly couple took a nasty fall, and all staff worked so well to make sure the couple was cared for, ambulance called and remained calm. They were kind and made sure the couple got the care they needed while managing other customers. Well done Officeworks Glendale!
Your return policy I was asked to see my driver's licence then I was asked for my phone number because the item was over $50. I asked to speak with the manger,which I did who told me that was our policy because of the scamers,until I mentioned fair trading. I will not be returning to office works. Very unprofessional
