I went in at 8:15pm needing a simple document scan, something any team member should be able to do. The store closes at 9pm, but despite at least seven staff on the floor, not one person could help because “no one was trained to scan.” It’s a basic service and a standard piece of equipment. Really disappointing and a complete waste of time.
