I had a very poor experience at Officeworks due to unclear communication from one of the associates, which resulted in me paying double the expected price. I asked the associate how I could print some documents from my USB stick. Instead of directing me to the self-service print kiosk, or even mentioning that it was an option, she instructed me to insert the USB stick into the USB hub at her computer and proceeded to print the documents herself.
