I was going to go in to by my kids some school supplies, but there was a sign up that said they don’t accept debit/credit card, and if you pay with cash you must pay with correct change, or you will not receive change back.

I had to look for employees. No one was up front. Then... Pizza delivery guy came in with pizza and the couple of employees that I did manage to find in the back of store stocking shelves Disappeared.... No one knew anything about anything.... I just had to email a copy to be printed and then I had to wait for approximately ten or so customers to be checked out before manager could print my 2 copies....
It's sad when you go to a place of business to shop and have to leave because your 7 year old had to potty and there is poop all over their toilets and one must have over flowed onto the floor! How disgusting and these employees should be ashamed to left something like this take place. I also took video and will be sending it to corporate!
Put an order in at 3:46pm online for a prepaid 1 hr print service. Received an email at 8:51pm saying that my order was ready. I rushed to get there before closing. Arrived at 8:58pm and it was already closed but they said they would check my order. Manager comes out and says that any order put in after 2pm has a 24 hr turnaround (this info is not on the website, btw) and that my order wasn't ready, but to try again tomorrow. I needed this today at 4:46pm not tomorrow whenever you feel like it! Especially when I get an email... read more
