Suggested a lengthy and costly operation that was not necessary, did a bad job on a procedure I had to have another dentist redo (our of pocket since insurance doesn't cover the same procedure twice within 60 days), complained the entire time while working on me, didn't use suction for some reason while operating, couldn't give me clear guidance on the next step of my procedure.
Very happy with this dental office. Professional, clean, and friendly. Since I am deaf, I asked if they could use email to communicate and they were happy to do that! Very pleased.
My first experience with the office of Dr. Lyons was great. I don't think that I've ever had such a complete cleaning and exam of my teeth in all of my lifetime. I also broke a tooth and this experience was painless, and much to my satisfaction. Thanks again for this most pleasant experience. Sr. Aline Geoffroy
