Would not sell me a pre assembled chair, offered to have one built for me the next day. If someone can assemble one the following day why not sell the floor model? Gave me a "ball park figure" for in home shipping & assembly only for it to be $20 more than quoted. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER & to think the person helping me called himself a manager.......
