Great customer service. Neat and organized store. Fanastic manager (he was amazing when my computer crashed 3 days before my Master's thesis was due!!!). Forever grateful!
BEWARE!! Check the prices before you checkout!!! Went in for 2 items during lunch - a small box of #10 envelopes (cheap OD brand) and a pack of 150 Avery labels. Total rang up to almost $100. That's easily 3x as much as what the prices were on the shelf tags ($7.99 for envelopes which rang up at over $28, labels were $28 on the shelf and rang up at $60). When we questioned it all we got was "I don't set the prices". Obviously we voided the transaction. Went back and checked the shelves and we weren't imagining the price tags... read more
I walked to Office Depot from work because there were supplies that we needed in order to operate in the morning, and your store hours online are listed as 10p. The associate who was closing the door in my face and locking the gate wouldn't even talk to me or look at me. I called customer service and the representative was unable to understand my complaint. Even though this store is two blocks from work, I'll be going out of my way to shop elsewhere from now on.
After looking about unsuccessfully for my product I asked two chatting employees in the office furniture area for help finding it. One said, "It's over there in School Supplies," pointing in that general direction. The two continued to chat. When I still couldn't find it, I asked again. One of the two rudely said, "It's right in front of you." I realized then I was asking for the wrong item. I explained my error and she said, "Well just look about for it," and she walked off.
