Customer service was awful. Their system was down so they couldn't do a return which is an inconvenience for me having to travel back-and-forth into town. Doing something out of the register with the paper, pencil and pen and Calculator was not even offered or thought in their mind. An apology was never offered only small talk to get me out of the store.
