I waited 30mins to laminate my schedule for my clients..the CHILD working there literally rips my poster to shreds with the machine..goes and hand writes it himself in small print (mine was LARGE bc of their sight), no apology, no asking if it was ok, no asking if he could even do that..then proceeds to tell me it will be 30more mins or I can take it somewhere else...I CANT WAIT TO CALL HIS MANAGER IN THE AM! � �� Disclaimer: Normally, I receive great service.
