The worst costumer service ever! They misspelled “congratulations” on a banner I purchased and tried not to give me my money back, ever though it was their fault! They Didn’t apologize for wasting my time! They acted as if it was my fault. I Did not realize it was misspelled until I was long gone out of town. The man who typed out my banner is very talkative, all over the place and can not multitask, The manager has a very bad attitude and he knows very little about the different departments in the store! NEVER, EVER, EVER order anything from the print area that must be sent out, because after you have made the required payment for your order, they don't have the decency or the professionalism to call and let you know when your order comes in. When you do come in to inquire about it, of course, the ONLY person who can tell you anything about your purchase is Not there, and "you have to wait until she calls" (LeAnn). They don't even know how to look up a sales receipt. I was there for an hour. Inefficient and unprofessional su... read more

Great knowledgeable customer service. They definitely delivered awesome service.
The so-call customer service from Leann was horrible; but after speaking with the manager it was clear that he too lacks customer service skills! So done with this place
