Customer service is dead. #OfficeDepot screwed up my order and instead of being slightly apologetic and maybe helpful...I was treated like a piece of shit. Wow. Shame on Office Depot
I went to Office Depot to conduct some business and have some papers faxed off. The sales associate walked over and stated lay the papers down dial the number then walked off. I had to do these steps twice and once it went out I then found myself standing there another 19 mins just waiting for her to walk back over to see if everything was ok. Oh and she did come someone else did. See I could have said I'm done brut where is the customer service anymore. Without the customer there is no business....
Poor service. Associates do not listen well at all. I will try Staples next time. I miss Office Max!
