I really do wish OfficeDepot didn't advertise "1 hour in-store pickup available" on items they know full well they don't have in stock. Oh, they say they'll offer you a "comparable item", otherwise know as "the old bait-and-switch". If you don't have the item in stock, admit it. I can only assume that you either cannot keep up with your inventory, which is a huge failing for a technology-related business, or you are intentionally misleading your customers. Horrible service. I will be fing a complaint. I have never been treated like that at office depot.
I am a regular and the service yesterday was bad. I had to wait over 30 minutes for an ordered that had been placed 24hours earlier. When I asked why the order was not ready I was told someone got their wires crossed. I could go but will stop here. Hopefully, a member of management will call soon. It's been over 24 hours and the 800 service asked me to give them 24-48 hours to respond?
The employee at printing area overcharged the service. She charged me for the papers that I supplied to her. Also, she didn't return all of my printing sheets that she took from my printing paper package. She corrected the errors when I returned and disputed it.
Do not buy from this store. If it doesn't work they will not give you a refund. You will be told that since the product was opened, you can only get a credit. How else do you find out if the product works if you do not open the box? I will go to Office Max in the future.
