I recently went to Office Depot #2157 in search of a new laptop. I had the privilege of being assisted by Ronnie Uhls, who had recently been transferred from Furniture Sales to Computers. Ronnie was very helpful and friendly. He, and he alone, made my experience a pleasant one. I will definitely search him out when I find myself in need of computer help.
Keep your receipt for Everything! – I usually buy a backup ink cartridge so when mine is empty I'm good to go. This time I decided to try a refill from Ofice Max. Never thought about keeping that receipt! When I went to install it a couple months later my HP printer would not accept it. I thought the manager would give me credit towards a real cartridge, but he was very rude and basically said it was my problem without a receipt even though they could test the refill and see it was still full! I go there for all my office supply needs (with the exception of inkjet cartridges). So far, they've beat nearly every place in town on price but I'm always keeping my eyes open. :-)

I am so impressed with the staff at this store. My 5 year old had an accident with a $90.00 desk (our fault) and the employees and the management were so kind to us it was unbelievable! They asked if he was hurt and promptly cleaned up the mess. I was so embarrassed I wanted to run out of the store. Never once did they make me feel like I was a bad parent. WOW!
