I know you guys are quite busy and I can appreciate what you do for the community. We do a lot of business with you guys. But today's experience was absolutely atrocious. The manager was not only unhelpful, but down right spiteful when asked a question about a printer, responding " figure it out yourself" . I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but wow. Give her a break if that the case, her customer service was garbage.
YOUR MANAGER (JOSH) IS A REAL ASSHOLE. When you pay $540 for an online order, only to find out an employee gave it away to SOMEONE ELSE, (not me obviously) you would think the store would want to resolve this issue... NOPE! The manager laughed at me and said "haha I am not giving you a refund", he was completely rude and disrespectful, he never once even apologized for the fact that they gave my purchased item away to someone else!!! I just want to congratulate Office Depot on Bay area Blvd. You have joined the very popular list of stores I will never shop at again..... In fact if I was a brick and mortar store I would want to keep customers instead of making stuff difficult like returns..... Well bye bye Office Depot judging by how empty your store is during a Saturday afternoon you will not be around much longer.
