great store, great management and great deals on merchandise
DO NOT COME HERE FOR PRINTING!!!! Every time I come, my items are on flash drive and ready to go, but i have to wait 30-45 minutes just to get to a computer and there's normally just one person working. They need to limit the amount of time a person can use the computer. People stay on there 20-30 minutes. #awful
Service is always slow. Not enough staff to help to tend to the customers. For something so simple you could be in line for 10 to 15 minutes.
Such a rude staff...I placed an online order to pick up in store. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I was sent to the other side of the store to a cashier who supposedly had my order (not the line that clearly states online order pick up mind you but another one). I went to the cashier who said she didn't know what I was talking about and suggested I ask a manager. When I asked to speak with one she told me 'he's probably helping someone.'
