If I could give this place -5 stars I will, terrible service, and the manager it's a joke I'm never coming back to this place. Unhelpful, rude, and terrible people working here.
If you want lousy customer service this is the place. Everybody MAD � because I walked in asking for some HELP(their job plus they ask "is it anything you need help with" Well I NEEDED help and got NONE! None of the self service copiers work. Then the copy person knows nothing and when you ask him for help he pretends to not hear. Then I get copier to work but dang run out of paper. I ask for paper � no one come ...so I go and get 2 packs of their most EXPENSIVE paper open them and put in their copy machine. Then the snitchi... read more
Bunch of people standing around talking about chicken instead of helping people...
Horrible service. I need to make copies and this employee had the worst attitude when I asked her for help. Then she made me wait in line for a employee to help me with copies
I'd like to say this isn't a review particularly on this location but probably all of them. I order from you all quite often and the way you package your supplies is ridiculous. A HUGE box for a couple of sharpies? This is continuous and such a shame and hurt to the planet. Be a little more conservative with your waste.
