Customer service is out the window. I saw an employee I asked her to direct me to the head phones she's like its against the wall I'm like what wall there's plenty of walls with stuff in them� then she sees a co worker and he's like its over there some where ah WTF. I'm like nvr mind ill look for it myself. I told them piss poor customer service then the same guy who said its over there some where decides to call me over and take my head phones I payed for it and didn't day thank you. you can't teach ppl manners or how to do... read more
Why? Because they are patient, knowledgeable, have a great selection of EVERYTHING...My work ( USS MIDWAY MUSEUM ) shops here for all their office supplies...desks...etc
Okay to be real, I have had some good experiences here. The first two times I've come it's been great. However, the last two times, your employee Dillon in the printing services has been rude, almost unprofessional, and has has smiled not once. He does not greet customers and makes it seems almost as if you are a bother by asking for service. He needs to learn to leave his problems at home or get a desk job because he's kind of a good vibe killa. Thankfully I do not live in this area and will never be forced to come back her... read more
