Totally disappointed with Yelp!!!! The individual JOHN was so rude when I simply disputed a negative comment that was posted about my restaurant that was completely false!!!! Yelp should change their guidlguide for business owners!!! Yelp simply does not apparently care about the reputation of business owners!! Unbelievable that an individual can go on the website and write a review that is completely dishonest and Yelp not remove it!!!!
