Can’t follow the balances at all unable to determine amount still due not easy to see what balances remain for a final payoff
Can’t reach a person and if you persist the person who answers the call has your info pulled up in case they HAVE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL is so rude and hateful …. We will see if they even try to dismiss my case because it’s over paid. Maybe I will contact another lawyer and the BBB
The lady who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. She always talks down to you like she is better than you. I hope she knows how she makes people feel.
