New ownership taking the salon to the next level – Off the top is under new ownership. The new owners are fantastic and very professional. The stylists are a cut above the rest. This salon has a relaxing atmosphere where you can be pampered and enjoy your whole expierence
Great Salon. Great Prices – Kathy listens to her customers and tries to do what they want done and not what she thinks they should have done. She will look at the pictures of the hairstyles and colors and do exactly what you tell her. It is always an upbeat place and nice to go in whether you have an appointment or are a drop in.
