There was a centipede crawling around in my seasonal salad...I understand that sometimes these things happen and according to the owner it is acceptable because they use farm fresh produce. Had it been washed appropriately my unexpected lunch date would have been washed away. What was worse was the owners rude and unapologetic behavior when the complaint was called in. Won't be eating here again.
