I already knew what I wanted, Ivan was very helpful and the process was very smooth. In a hour I was out with my dream car tag and insurance! In ONE HOUR he went straight to the point. I will recommend Ivan to anyone who wants to buy a car he is the BEST!
Everything was great! The sales people were so friendly and helpful, the service department went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and the overall buying experience was more like going to a family friend rather than a dealership. My experience as it being my first visit to OffLeaseOnly of Miami was very impressive. In February 2014 I bought a Honda Accord from Sam. Sam was Incredibly knowledgeable made the buying experience and pleasure. We were so impressed with him we came back on June 8 and bought another car. (Nissan Altima) again the experience was fast smooth and pain free. Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted by Yariandy, He was very pleasant, We told him we were hungry and he offered to take us to grab a bite to eat. We went to Chick Fil-A. I bought a pre-owned Infiniti G37 Sedan. The dealership lets you test drive as many cars as you like. Free Carfax reports are included with all their cars, so you know if there were any accidents, etc. Kenny was very helpful and provided great customer service. The only glitch was, they couldn't find the key for the car I wanted. It may have been another salesman 'holding' the car for someone else, since they don't officially let you hold any vehicles, but the key eventually showed up and I bought the vehicle.
