I just love this place it's small quiet And no drama, the lady that works in the office is super sweet. And it's willing to work with you as long as you communicate with her.
I've been wanting to do business with them but every time I decided to spot by there's always homeless and for me that's a safety concern, for example today 4/27/23 there was a homeless campaign in front of their gate. There seemed to be used toilet paper on the floor. Management must not care
Rachel has excellent customer service I never ever needed to worry about the security of my belonging I know they are safe and protected. Rachel is very understanding and respected. I appreciate her at Off Abbott mini-storage
