I have lived at O'Fallon Properties for over a year and its been such a great experience. Any maintenance requests are met right away. The location is perfect and so close to all my favorite bars and restaurants. The team at O'Fallon Properties have been sure to make their tenants heard and appreciated. Nothing but very positive things to say about the property management and the owner! Very lovely group of people and apartments on st.Louis! Very clean when you first move in and monthly pest sprays! Easy to contact landlord for any problems that may occur and they will keep in touch with monthly emails to all tenants. Would recommend to anyone, always felt very safe and very close to great Tulsa activities, which is something the company promotes by giving you pamphlets with Tulsa activities happening!
I lived at an O'Fallon property for a year and they are WONDERFUL! I am only leaving to be in a bigger place and location that suites me better. Kimberly is so welcoming and very responsive when I had to reach out to her. They are doing a lot for that neighborhood and it shows. Maintenance was always quick to respond and so very sweet. They remember you and always say hi when they see you. I highly recommend looking for a place with them- I can guarantee you it will be clean, well maintained and you'll be taken care of.
Great experience. Just got through with two years at Trenton Terrace. Kimberley has been great, and I really enjoyed living with them. Would recommend
