Very pleased with the evaluation performed, and am planning on having more work done by Oesterling. The scheduling was easy, and they were able to accommodate me quickly with an on-site appointment. My technician, Abe, was prompt, courteous, and extremely patient and informative in answering all my questions. The follow-up was similarly prompt and organized. The company is top-notch. From the first contact person to the workers in my home, I was given prompt, courteous and friendly service. They were able to come sooner than expected and were very thorough in their work. They showed respect for my home by taking their shoes off at the door, placing blankets down in the work zone and they cleaned up after they were done. Went above and beyond my expectations!

cleaned my chimney,told me what was needed to complete the job. i needed a new chimney liner, my chimney mortar needed replaced. that work was completed. also in the basement did work to flue pipe to make it up to code. i would highley recommend Oesterling Chimney Sweep,LLC to my friends and family or anyone who has chimney problems
He cleans better than it looks before he comes. He sets up the chimney clean, will not come if he is not needed. He is just the best. I have used him for eight years. He always is very thorough, suggests things about the fire code in the basement. So he was very helpful.
