This letter is in reference to Oesterling chimney sweep in Columbus Indiana. I had a problem with my fireplace that I needed repaired, and their website said that they did chimney repair and restoration. I knew what the problem was and felt as if they would have seen this before. My first contact was by email, but I was not contacted so I called to schedule an appointment. Haven't started the work yet, but very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. Anxious to get started.
Came out to check my gas fireplace that wouldn?t remain lit. Found a faulty thermo-coupling and didn?t charge for the trip out. Waiting for the part to come in and then i can comment on the replacement.

Oesterling was able to clean my wood stove and chimney when others said they couldn't. I appreciated that they did an inspection, and they gave me recommendations for future maintenance. And, they were very neat and clean. They are my new "go to" chimney service.
