One star given only because no star review was not a option. Buyer beware doing business with this company. Ordered a part (axle assembly) on a Friday morning and was told it would ship either that day or Monday from a yard 2 hours from me. Received no follow-up email with shipping info a promised. Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday multiple attempts were made to get a tracking number. Finally received a tracking number on Thursday only to find out that the carrier had no record of that tracking number and no package being sh... read more

He was very helpful, even though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. But me not knowing anything about starters as im calling all these other auto part stores and they are asking me long bolt and short bolt or both long bolts as I already explained myself im calling around for pricing for my boyfriend hes at work and idk anything about starters.
