I have been with Dr. Oelrich for many years and am thankful that he is my Dermatologist. I have had issues with skin cancers. The good kind to get rid of as he says. Over the years he has helped me to stay ahead of the game and keep on winning.
Doctor has always been direct and to the point which I like. I've never had an issue with getting an appointment. They're booking 45 days out which I didn't think was too bad.
They thorough and informative. Staff very helpful.
Mark is a good doctor. I have been a patient for about 10 years, but his office and scheduling an appointment is horrendous. You call the office and it goes to voice mail. They tell you it will be the next business day. They then leave you a voice mail at 11:47 the next day and shut down completely for lunch. When you call back in the afternoon, you again go into voice mail for the next day and hope they reach you.
