I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They didn't suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They answered my questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. The waiting room here is spacious. But be prepared - this is one of those offices where the office staff clearly does not want to be there, as they are rude and confrontational and impatient. They have no inclination to help the patients or be of any assistance whatsoever. And this is not based off of one visit - they are always this way.
