I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are especially a good resource for those w/o insurance. They are nice but overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments. They need to pay closer attention to appointment schedule. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
